What if the conversations you avoid could become the most powerful ones you ever have?

This engaging session will explore how to turn challenging conversations into opportunities for connection and meaningful change.

    • One-day in-person session for up to 25 participants

    • This workshop is ideally delivered as a full-day, in-person session to maximise the impact of its experiential components and ensure effective content delivery. If you’re organisation is not able to commit to a full day, the program can be adapted into a 3-hour session, supplemented by a 20-minute pre-learning video. Participants must watch the video beforehand, as it introduces key concepts that will only be briefly referenced during the in-person session.

    • An optional follow-up session conducted online, held 3-5 months down the track, can be included in the training package. This extra session helps to embed learning, provide space for reflection, and answer questions that arise after the workshop.
