Solution Sprint
A TEAM EXERCISE TO UNCOVER PROBLEMS FAST
The Solution Sprint is a dynamic workshop designed to help teams quickly generate ideas and develop actionable solutions for a specific problem or challenge. Rooted in the principles of Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking, this workshop brings together diverse perspectives and expertise to drive collaborative innovation.
Intensive, fast-paced, and highly interactive, the Solution Sprint guides teams through defining their challenges and rapidly ideating, testing (if applicable), and refining solutions.
The process begins with a deep dive into the problem, focusing on gathering insights and building empathy for the end-users—whether they are individuals with lived experience, community members, clients, or employees within your organisation.

This workshop is ideal for all levels within an organisation—including senior management, directors, supervisors, team leaders, project managers, administrative staff, and front-line employees—who feel stuck when addressing challenges or projects and need a facilitated session led by experts outside their organisation to unlock solutions and drive progress.
We recommend involving a diverse group of participants, including decision-makers, policy creators, individuals with first-hand experience, project and service delivery responsibilities, direct client or customer interaction, and those impacted by the challenges you aim to address.
