Working with the Rainbow Community

What is this program?

Working with the Rainbow Community is a foundational (101-style) workshop designed for organisations looking to kickstart or strengthen their diversity and inclusion efforts.

This workshop is a valuable starting point for organisations looking to promote cultural safety and inclusion for the rainbow community in the workplace. This training has been significantly updated in 2024 to offer a more accessible and impactful learning experience, using interactive exercises and stories to foster empathy and understanding.

Think of this as a starter kit—equipping participants with the essential knowledge and skills to cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture, even in challenging environments. We’ll tailor the program to suit your team’s unique needs, ensuring it’s relevant and meaningful for your cohort.
