TRAINING
What we do
We design and deliver learning experiences that empower organisations to build healthy and positive workplace cultures that celebrate diversity (and support rainbow communities).
Our programs help create environments where people feel connected, valued and supported—unlocking the potential for teams to thrive, adapt to challenges, and drive meaningful impact.
Discover how our training programs can help your organisation create an inclusive, welcoming, and adaptable workplace ready to embrace diverse perspectives and embrace future challenges.
Our approach
We integrate methodologies inspired by the Kaospilot approach to learning and experience design. Additionally, we draw on Liberating Structures, Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking and innovative facilitation techniques to create experiential and transformative experiences.
Our pedagogical approach is informed by the following principles:
-
We prioritise hands-on activities over theory, encouraging participants to actively create, experiment, and build meaningful connections. Curiosity fuels the learning process, with knowledge introduced as it becomes relevant and needed.
-
Peer-to-peer learning is a collaborative approach where participants share knowledge, exchange ideas, and solve problems together. Group work fosters this dynamic by encouraging the testing of ideas and exploration of solutions in a supportive environment, leading to deeper understanding.
Our sessions aim to promote the exchange of insights, enhance interpersonal skills, and build a strong sense of community—making the learning experience more interactive, engaging and impactful.
-
Constructive feedback and open dialogue are essential for growth. We focus on creating spaces where participants can share insights, ask questions, and reflect on their experiences, promoting learning and mutual understanding.
Co-creation is also a key approach in our more intensive learning programs, particularly in our leadership offerings, to ensure learners stay at the centre of the experience.
Feedback informs how we improve and update our programs, ensuring they stay relevant, accessible and impactful.
-
Deeper learning happens when we take the time to reflect.
Participants are guided through structured moments of introspection to make sense of their experience, exploring their values, actions and aspirations.
This reflective practice helps integrate learning into everyday life, ensuring long-term impact and personal growth.
Social enterprise
Our training programs operate on a social enterprise model that reinvests resources into initiatives supporting underrepresented rainbow communities.
By partnering with us, you not only invest in your organisation's growth but also contribute to our scholarship programs.
Organisations that invest in our training directly fund these scholarships, opening doors for individuals who need opportunities the most. It’s learning with purpose, designed to create a ripple effect of positive impact.

How do you choose the right workshop for your needs?
Whether you’re addressing specific challenges or looking to build a positive workplace culture, here are some examples of when to book these offerings and how they can work together:
-
Your organisation is just starting its journey towards inclusion and needs an understanding of how to support rainbow communities effectively. You have front-facing staff who work with customers or clients who are part of the rainbow community.
The Solution: Choose Working with the Rainbow Community. This workshop is ideal for staff induction programs, awareness campaigns, or introducing LGBTIQA+ inclusion to your team.
-
You’ve completed 101 awareness training, but now you’re looking for more. Understanding the words is one thing—translating awareness into meaningful action is another.
The Solution: After your team has mastered the basics (like Working with the Rainbow Community), take the next step with our Allyship at Work program. This workshop equips your team with practical tools to become effective allies.
Pair it with our Unconscious Bias workshop to explore how bias influences decision-making and interactions, helping your team build stronger, more inclusive workplace environments.
-
Engaging in meaningful dialogue can be challenging, especially when dealing with tricky topics that can lead to unproductive debates or workplace tensions that undermine progress.
For example, council staff trying to navigate diversity and inclusion activities with resistant community leaders, schools navigating difficult conversations with worried parents, or advocates and changemakers trying to partner with unsupportive stakeholders to make progress.
The Solution: Book Having Tough Conversations. This workshop is perfect for changemakers, leaders, and anyone seeking to move hearts and minds through connection and understanding. Pair it with our Unconscious Bias workshop for a transformative program that builds skills to foster collaboration, community, and belonging.
-
Feeling stuck with your Employee Resource Group (ERG) and unsure how to move forward? Many ERGs struggle with defining their purpose, setting clear goals, or turning great ideas into actionable plans.
The Solution: Use the Solution Sprint to come up with with a 3-year plan. The Solution Sprint helps your team move from ideas to action by guiding you through the process of creating a clear, actionable 3-year plan. Define your goals, priorities, and strategies to drive meaningful impact and set your ERG up for long-term success.
